Shipping Policy

We at Shree Laddu Stores (SLS) take pride in our customer service which includes not only the quality of our products but also the reliability of delivery so our shipping methods and policies are designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. Once the order placed by you on our website (hereinafter jointly referred as “platform”) we will dispatch the placed order within 24 working hours (for Bulk enquiries lead time may be up to 4 business days) from confirmation of your orders. Products supplied by us are available for shipping across India. We use a third-party logistics provider for deliveries.

 

Delivery Time:

Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered to the customers as per the following schedule:

For Retail Orders (For Retail Customers):

For Metro:- (a) Within 5-7 days between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM (Without Customization); (b) Within 7-10 days between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM (With Customization) &

 

For Non Metro: -  (a) Within 7-8 days between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM (Without Customization); (b) Within 8-10 days between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM (With Customization)

 

For Bulk Orders (For Corporate Customers):

 

(a) Within 10-12 days between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM (Without Customization) & (b) Within 12-15 days between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM (With Customization)

 

We shall do our best to ensure we meet the delivery date as stated in your shipping confirmation mail in conjunction with our logistics partner and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take receipt of the products.

Disclaimer:

 

The delivery is subject to delaying as per the unavoidable circumstances on that locations where the delivery to be performed. ​Further it is also noted that the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case (i) your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our courier services (ii) Online payment issues (iii) Raw Material, of the order placed by you, is out of stock.

If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then subject to the cancellation policy of the SLS, the order is required be taken by you with making the proper co-ordination with the delivery personnel/ delivery partner.

Our logistics partner will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to you. It is also noted that delivery attempt shall be for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery,  your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once your placed order marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy.

Once your placed order marked as RTO then it will never take re-delivery at your location, if you still want to purchase the article/goods then place the fresh order on the platform.

 

Your placement of an order authorizes us to accept the signature of another person present at your address and deliver the products to them on your behalf or leave the products in a safe place/with a neighbor.

No early delivery is available in current scenario.

 

Shipping Charges:

Our shipping charges cover the expenses we incur to process pack and ship your order.

Delivery Charges = INR 0

2) If the delivery value between INR. 500-1000 =>                                                       

Delivery Charges = INR 100

3) If the delivery value between INR 0-499 =>                                                               

Delivery Charges = INR 125

 

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is unavailable
