This is to notify the trade and public that SHREE LADDU STORES, (hereinafter referred to as “SLS”), a Sole Proprietorship organization having its Office and Works at North Baksara, Vill - Baksara, P.O. Baksara, Howrah - 711110 (West Bengal), INDIA being makers of wide variety of laddus, chikkis and energy barfi.
We are concerned with the recent proliferation of fraudulent and infringing activities of people who are trying to make illegal profit by offering goods posing as they are part of the SLS and its affiliates and thereby causing immense damage to the reputation and goodwill of our brands.
Specifically, it has come to our attention that some third parties by email / phone giving the false proposal to become SHREE LADDU STORES. They normally provide some similar website name to deposit the application form. On accessing the website, they force you to pay the online payment for submitting the form or they provide some bank details to deposit the payment. This is not the practice of SLS. So, please desist from doing so.
Similarly, we also came to know that some third parties issuing the fake appointment letter for the confirm jobs in SHREE LADDU STORES against some money. Please be aware of such fake appointment letter.
We also want to share with you that some third parties representing themselves as representative of SHREE LADDU STORES PRIVATE LIMITED, SHREE LADDU STORES LIMITED and please note that these companies not having any relationship with SLS.
Please take note that SLS are not in any way connected/associated with these emails / phone call / SMS or websites and therefore cannot be held liable for the actions of either the perpetrators or their victims. SLS don’t charge money from the candidates by any mode. The public in general are also advised not to be attracted or lured by any of their communication which solicit payments and promise products or promise jobs.
SLS are taking orders only through www.shreeladdustores.com and any person claiming themselves to be taking order for the supply of Shree Laddu Stores products via phone/online may be cheating with you. SLS shall not be responsible for any order placed other than on our official website, www.shreeladdustores.com
