- 01No, It is not necessary to have an account on the Website but we would suggest that our customers create login details for a seamless buying experience. 
- 02You can register from below link; Register (Click on it and will be re directed to the SIGNUP page) If you already a registered customer of Shree Laddu Stores, then you should Log in by typing your credentials. Registration shall always be subject to the General Terms & Conditions 
- 03No. The price which is quoted by Us on the Website is the amount that will be charged to the customer. The prices listed for all the products are final and all-inclusive charges, other than with respect to delivery charges. Delivery charges may be added on orders below a particular amount, as set out in query 4. 
- 04We currently offer FREE SHIPPING 🚚 across India on all products purchased through www.shreeladdustores.com website. 
- 05If you are facing any challenge with the product's quality, please contact us within 48 hours. Kindly write to us on customercare.shreeladdustores@gmail.com with your order number, issue, digital photograph of the damaged product and unboxing video of damaged product / missing items along with the six sides of the carton box for us to assess and verify its packaging/condition, and we will arrange for a refund as per the Refund Policy 
- 06Please note products once purchased cannot be returned. No refunds will be processed. For any the products which have been received in a damaged condition please refer to our response to query 5 above. - 07You will receive an automated invoice download option following the completion of the purchase of the products from Us. In the interim, particulars of your order (including the purchase amount), can be viewed by visiting the Website and by accessing the " order details" option available on “My Account” page of the Website. 
- 08Currently, We do not offer same-day shipping. For shipping timelines, please refer to our response to query no. 1 of the My order category under FAQ 
- 09No Shipments can be opened before delivery is accepted. The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made. 
- 10Shree Laddu Stores is partnered with Razorpay for Online Payments. Our Partner accept UPI, Internet Banking, all major cards (Debit/Credit) from all banks in Indian Currency For further information, you can drop an email at feedback.shreeladdustores@gmail.com 
- 11Shree Laddu Stores currently does not provide you the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order. The payment will be required to be made Online Only via. Payment Gateway at time of Ordering the product. 
- 12Yes, the payment gateway provided by Us offers you the convenience of using certain banks Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. (A list of such banks would be available with the payment gateway provider). 
- 13In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring: - 1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking) 
 - 2. Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. 
 If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 working days for the refund.
