Refund Policy
(i) Product(s) once Shipped, cannot be returned or replaced or cancelled, we can however offer you a refund/return (of the payment) against the various acceptable conditions of this Refund Policy. At our www.shreeladdustores.com (hereinafter referred as platform), we can decide the process for crediting the applicable refund/return to your original payment method, if the payment for order was done from your side.
(ii) Customer may make the refund request within 48 hours from the receipt of Product(s), if product(s) so delivered is/are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications and/or found defective in nature. Further, the refund request can not be made beyond the aforesaid period of 48 hours. We shall not accept the refund/return request from the customer after expiration of the aforesaid time period. We require the unboxing video and received invoice along with query for the product(s) under refund request. Customers are mandated to furnish an unboxing video within 48 hours of the delivery of the product(s). This video, inclusive of the order ID and video link, is to be submitted via email to customercare.shreeladdustores@gmail.com. The unboxing video shall adhere to the following stipulated conditions:

Duration of at least 1 minute (60 seconds).

Commencement with the intact packaging.

Clarity in capturing the unboxed product/item.
Adherence to these Unboxing Video Terms & Conditions expedites the resolution of queries.
It is noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images it will be decided whether the refund shall be initiated, after getting the internal management approval. We may require for the products shipped to you to be picked up or collected for our internal QC, Please ensure that not more than 1 single laddu / chikki / bar or 1 pack of products received should have been consumed to be eligible for refund.
(iii) Subject to the "Order Level Cancellation" of the Cancellation Policy customer can cancel the respective order, before the product(s) of the respective order is under confirm stage. If the payment for order was done from the side of the customer then an applicable refund against the cancelled order will be processed to the original payment method.
(iv) Following are the conditions applicable on the refund process:-
Refund Time-frame
(a) In case any consignment is R.T.O./lost/misrouted confirmed (not delivered to the customers) by Logistics Service Provider:
- After validation by Shree Laddu Stores Team, Refund can be initiated within 24 hours
(b) In case any consignment is wrong/not as per specification or quantity/damaged etc. delivered to the Customers. Customers may place the refund request within 48 hours from the date of delivery:
- After validation by Shree Laddu Stores Team, Refund can be initiated, within 24 hours from the request of refund.
(c) In case any order is cancelled in accordance with the "Order Level Cancellation" of the Cancellation Policy:
- After validation by Shree Laddu Stores Team, Refund can be initiated within 24 hours

You may share your bank details with us for getting the refund amount once you connect with our customer care executive. The Bank Details can be shared through the channel as suggested by our customer care executive
